KPX Electrochem Co., Ltd. is a company specializing in electronic materials and semiconductor materials
established in December 2025, through the corporate spin-off from KPX Chemical Co., Ltd.
Since entering the CMP pad and wet chemical businesses in 2004,
we have built strong technological expertise and customer trust, enabling us to provide high value-added solutions in advanced semiconductor materials.
The company focuses on the R&D, manufacturing, and sales of high-purity electronic materials,
including CMP pads and wet chemicals, used in semiconductor manufacturing processes.
Leveraging its high-performance polyurethane synthesis and precision pore design technologies,
it provides various CMP processes such as W, Cu, and Oxide and customized stripper/Etchant solutions.
With the establishment of the corporation in December 2025, the headquarters and research institute
were relocated to Pangyo's new headquarters to strengthen technological competitiveness and global customer response.
Based on Cheonan Campus and Ulsan Campus, we will continue to grow sustainably as a high-tech electronic material company
it provides a wide range of CMP solutions for W, Cu, and oxide processes, as well as customized stripper and etchant solutions.
